Man United have no plans to sell Cristiano Ronaldo amid Chelsea links
Man United are furious at the reports that linked Cristiano Ronaldo to a shocking summer move to Chelsea on Saturday.
As per multiple reliable outlets, the Red Devils have no plans at all to sell their star striker in the summer.
United’s sources insist that they expect Ronaldo to stay and fulfil his obligation to see out the second year of his contract.
A source told the Manchester Evening News: “Cristiano is not for sale. We want and fully expect him to be with us next season.”
Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes reportedly spoke to Chelsea owner Todd Boehly to discuss a potential summer transfer amongst other things.
Cristiano is growing frustrated at United’s lack of transfer activity and seeing how their rivals keep on strengthening themselves.
