Man City poised to make £50m offer to sign Kalvin Phillips from Leeds United
Man City are planning to make an offer of £45m-£50m to sign Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips, claims The Athletic.
The Citizens are confident that Phillips will push for a move to their club if a solid offer is presented to Leeds.
Sources in both the clubs are convinced that a major offer is coming for the England international.
City have already signed Erling Haaland in the summer transfer window, but their chairman has promised to make more signings.
Pep Guardiola’s side are looking to improve their midfield and Phillips could be roped in as a replacement for Fernandinho, who leaves in the summer.
