Lewandowski hopes Bayern accept latest Barca bid, difference between clubs revealed
According to The Telegraph's Jason Burt (4 stars), Robert Lewandowski hopes that Bayern Munich will accept Barcelona's latest offer of €35m fixed plus €5m in add-ons.
Barca's offer matches the Bavarians' estimation of €40m. However, the problem is that Bayern want that amount paid upfront with no variables.
Bayern questioned whether Barca have the money to fund Lewandowski's transfer and indicated that they had received offers from other clubs, including the Premier League.
The Polish striker made it clear that he was only considering a move to Camp Nou, though.
Lewandowski believes that Bayern should accept his request to leave since he joined for free in 2014 and was faithful to the club through the years.
