It was reported by James Pearce of The Athletic that if Mohamed Salah can't agree on a new deal with Liverpool, he would prefer a move within the Premier League in the summer of 2023.

He would likely want to play for a title contender and will depart as a free agent in this case, which would be the worst-case scenario for the Reds.

Chelsea fans are one of the most excited crowd of supporters over this news. Salah played for Chelsea before his move to Roma but didn't get a lot of game time there and was sold.

However, should the chance arrive where Chelsea can re-sign the forward, their fans will be more than happy to do so.
