Erik Ten Hag Same With John Murtough, Fletcher's Position

  Ralf Rangnick and his coaching staff at Manchester United are gone, replaced by Erik ten Hag and his assistants Mitchell van der Gaag and Steve McClaren.

The new manager finds himself on equal footing with John Murtough, working closely with the football director ahead of the massive summer campaign.

Both Ten Hag and Murtough answer to CEO Richard Arnold, who reports to Joel Glazer. The American has the final say in all big-picture things regarding the club.

Technical director Darren Fletcher is below Ten Hag and Murtaugh in the decision-making process, overseeing the Academy, negotiations and recruitment.
