Barcelona are in talks with Las Palmas' attacking midfielder Alberto Moleiro, according to ESPN.
The Catalans plan to buy the 18-year-old before loaning him out to Las Palmas for one season – just what they did with Pedri.
Barca fan Neal describes Moleiro as a 'very different' player than Pedri, although the teenager often plays as an attacking midfielder.
"Alberto Moleiro - a teenage sensation from Las Palmas, who’s also a winger? Sounds familiar, eh? Nah, seriously, he’s a top player. I’ve watched him a few times (especially since Pimi took over), and he just catches your eye. Rapid, agile, electric - very different from Pedri.
"Moleiro's a proper winger. Holds his width, quick feet, an excellent dribbler, relishes 1V1's, can go both inside and out. I reckon he needs to work on his final ball, but that aside (which isn’t even all that poor), he'd be such an exciting acquisition!"
