Barcelona have ruled out the signing of Carlos Soler, reports Goal.
The midfielder is likely to join Atletico Madrid who consider him a priority signing, as per Hector Gomez.
Earlier, it was reported that Soler could become Frenkie de Jong's replacement at Barca. Now, Bernardo Silva comes to the fore as the Dutchman's potential successor.
Carlos Soler registered 17 goal contributions in 38 games for Valencia this season.
