5 possible Players to Sign As Barca to have €200m transfer budget this summer

According to Cadena COPE (5 stars), Barcelona's transfer budget for this summer will be €200m.

Here's how, in our opinion, this money could be spent.

€40m - Robert Lewandowski. The Catalans are expected to raise their offer in the coming days. Barca want to present him before July 15.
