Todd Boehly 'To Make 2 'Big' Signings' In First Transfer Window As Chelsea Owner
According to the Daily Mirror, Chelsea's new owner Todd Boehly wants to make two marquee signings to back Thomas Tuchel in his first transfer window as the Chelsea owner.
The American wants to make an impression on the Chelsea faithful after he takes over from Roman Abramovich.
Probably, two big signings might not be enough: Chelsea would need a comprehensive defensive rebuild, as well as strengthening in midfield and attack.
Jules Kounde is rumoured to be the Blues' primary defensive target. Sevilla's £59m price tag means he would be one of the aforementioned 'marquee' transfers.
