Man United revealed their financial results for the third quarter of the 2021/22 season.
The Red Devils’ net debt has seen a sharp increase to £495.7m from £443.5m over the last quarter.
United have also reported a net loss of around £21.8m for the first three months of 2022.
The Red Devils’ wages for the third quarter was recorded as £101.8m – one of the highest in the world.
United recorded a revenue of around £152.8m for the third quarter, witnessing a growth of 29.2% from £118.3m from the same period in 2021.
The Red Devils commercial revenue was recorded at £65.6m, while their matchday revenue was £35.7m for the final quarter.
It’s quite clear that United’s finances aren’t soaring high as it was in the pre-Covid pandemic period and the poor performances on the pitch aren’t helping either.
