Klopp on City's Champions League exit and predicts how it will affect them in title race
Jurgen Klopp shared his thoughts on Manchester City's dramatic exit from the Champions League and how he predicts they would react to it.
When asked if the loss would affect their Premier League performances negatively or make them more focused, he replied:
"With all the things we know about City I would rather say the second, because they are too good. It was a massive blow, everyone was ready to switch the television off and then all of a sudden the second part started and that was really harsh I can imagine.
"City are good. It was a massive blow for them, that was really harsh. I've had nights like that, it's not cool, the next morning, not cool, but then there's a moment you have to focus. They will be ready for Newcastle on Sunday."
