"I Don't Regret Anything.": Coutinho Open Up On Barcelona Move
The Brazilian joined the Catalans from Liverpool back in 2018 for a fee of an initial £105 million rising to £142 million with various clauses being met.
"Barcelona was not the experience I expected, but life is like that. The only time I was worried was when I got injured. I was out for nine months and had three operations. That time I was worried about playing again and things like that. But now everything is normal, I'm very happy and I just want to stay here," assured the Brazilian.
"I don't regret anything. Everything is part of life's ups and downs. My dream was to play for Barcelona since I was a child. But noduringit's in the past and I look forward to my future here. I also learned a lot during that time. It was a very difficult moment for me, but it made me stronger in my head. From there it was important for me."
Coutinho has left Barcelona to join English side Aston Villa on a permanent deal.
