Harry Kane's entourage had contacted Man City about potential January transfer
Harry Kane's representatives 'contacted Manchester City in January' about a potential transfer this summer, according to the Times.
Pep Guardiola wanted to sign the Tottenham striker ahead of the 2021/22 season but Spurs refused to let their prized asset leave at any cost.
However, this time Man City 'rejected the notion' of renewing their interest in the 28-year-old, focusing all their efforts on bringing in Erling Haaland.
Kane is not expected to leave Tottenham this summer and it's possible that the England captain will sign a new contract to work under Antonio Conte.
