French police pepper spraying Liverpool fans with tickets ahead of Champions League final

The chaos outside the Stade de France is escalating by the minute as reports and videos emerge of fans getting tear-gassed and mistreated by French police.

The Champions League final between Real Madrid and Liverpool has been delayed by 30 minutes as Reds fans with tickets are spotted standing outside locked gates and unable to enter.

However, footage has also emerged of some fans climbing barricades and trying to enter the stadium without tickets.

In the process, fans were spotted getting pepper-sprayed in the faces by police.

The chaos ahead of such a big final doesn't help and one can only hope the game is able to start with fans' safety in mind.
