Ex-Lazio teen Joseph Minala was once accused of being 42 years old, shocks fans with extreme new look

Remember Joseph Minala? The player went viral back in 2014 when he joined Serie A side Lazio at the age of 17.

However, the midfielder looked a lot older, leading to accusations of faking his age and even prompting an investigation from the Italian FA.

Several outlets reported that Minala was actually 42 years old (and only claimed to be 17) but an official inquiry cleared the Cameroonian's name.

Minala, who is now 25, looks practically unrecognisable in 2022. He has opted for a full head of hair, showcasing his dreadlocks on social media.
