Daily Mail: Jesse Lingard considers himself 'victim' at Man United
It appears that Jesse Lingard's relationship with Manchester United has been broken beyond repair.
As per the Daily Mail, a tier-two source, the 29-year-old feels that he has been 'the victim of too many broken promises' at Old Trafford.
The forward, who has hardly featured this campaign, is 'unhappy' about his treatment at the club. Lingard was denied a farewell in Man United's game against Brentford on Monday.
At the start of the 2021/22 season, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer promised Lingard a place in the team. The player's exit in January was then blocked in the aftermath of the Mason Greenwood scandal.
