Antonio Rudiger will play only one more game for Chelsea before he leaves the club as a free agent and joins Real Madrid in the summer.
The centre-back, who is world-class on the pitch, is also a world-class human off the field. Over his last five seasons in London, he has been a regular visitor to the Westminster Hospital.
Rudiger greets patients and staff with love and care and he was saying goodbye to all of them with his Madrid move imminent:
Rudiger was also involved with some charity work that Chelsea did at the hospital, as per Goal.com's Nizaar Kinsella.
