Chelsea Agree Personal Terms With Sevilla Defender Jules Kounde

According to The Sun's Andreas Korssund has claimed that the player has agreed on personal terms with Chelsea, who are willing to meet Sevilla's asking price.

It is believed that the LaLiga outfit is asking a fee in the region of £59million.

Korssung tweeted: "Jules Kounde is closing in on a move to Chelsea.

"The Blues will conclude talks with Sevilla as soon as (Todd) Boehly's takeover is complete and they are ready to pay the required fee.

"Personal terms have already been agreed and the Frenchman is only waiting for Chelsea."
