Barcelona manager Xavi reveal player who could compete with Busquets

Xavi has already called Ruben Neves about joining his project at Barcelona, according to Miguel Sanz (h/t Sport).

Neves is considered a midfielder who could compete with Sergio Busquets in Barca's midfield, and even replace him.

Reports claim the Portuguese midfielder is interested in joining Barca.

However, the transfer is a bit complicated as Wolves could demand as much as €50m for his signature. It's a figure that Barca simply cannot come up with given their financial struggles.

Neves registered four goals and two assists in 36 appearances this term.
