Asamoah Gyan Advises Europe Born Players To Fight For Their Places In The Ghana Team

Legendary forward Asamoah Gyan has advised Europe-born Ghanaian interested in playing for the Black Stars to fight for their places in the team.

English-born Ghanaian trio, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Eddie Nketiah and Tariq Lamptey has emerged as players interested in representing Ghana.

However, Gyan, who played with German-born Kevin-Prince Boateng disclosed in an interview with Asaase FM that his former teammate was willing to justify his inclusion.

Kevin-Prince Boateng was one of the stars of Ghana at the World Cup in South Africa in 2010 as the Black Stars reached the quarter-finals.

He also helped Ghana qualify for the tournament in Brazil but had to be sent home alongside Sulley Muntari for indiscipline before the game against Portugal.
