Tuchel says he understands the fan confronting Azpilicueta after Arsenal defeat

Thomas Tuchel empathized with the fan that got into an argument with skipper Azpilicueta after Chelsea's 4-2 home defeat to Arsenal.

The boss said: “I was not part of it, I saw it, but, honestly, I can also understand the fan.”

Azpilicueta seemed to square up to a fan who to said something to him as he was walking back to the dressing room after the full-time whistle.

The fan seemed to get his point across in a pretty calm manner and the whole exchange did not seem malicious.

We're can't be sure as to what exactly the argument was about but there was a case against both the fans and the players.

The home fans were out-sung by Arsenal fans throughout the game while the team was out-played by the Gunners.
