Thibaut Courtois brutally trolls Barcelona after Real Madrid win 35th La Liga title

Thibaut Courtois did not resist the chance to aim a sly dig at arch-rivals Barcelona after winning La Liga 2021/22 with Real Madrid.

Quoted by Tiempo de Juego, the goalkeeper said: "After the El Clasico, someone was celebrating as if they won the league."

For context, Barcelona hit one of their biggest highs under Xavi by beating Madrid 4-0 in March.

However, Los Blancos pulled through in the end and are 17 points clear at the top of the table.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid have won their 35th league title after a 4-0 win over Espanyol.
