Premier League 'could introduce' half-time interviews with managers from 2022/23 season
The Premier League is pondering on the prospect of introducing half-time interviews involving managers from the next season, as per the Daily Mail.
This is inspired by the MLS, where managers are often interviewed at half-time in which they speak about their thoughts on the game and performances.
The instances of half-time interviews would only be limited to five per manager next season.
However, the member of a team’s coaching staff could also opt to give the interview as managers are often busy with giving their half-time pep talks.
The manager of the losing side would not be asked to give any half-time interview.
