Man City pull out of Harry Kane race because of Erling Haaland
Manchester City have pulled out of the race to sign Harry Kane this summer, according to The Times, a tier-one source.
The Premier League giants are on the verge of finalising a deal to bring Erling Haaland to the Etihad ahead of the 2022/23 season.
Therefore, the England captain now has 'little option' but to remain at Tottenham under Antonio Conte despite pushing to leave the club last summer.
Manchester United were also interested in Kane but it remains to be seen whether the 28-year-old features in the plans of new Old Trafford manager Erik ten Hag.
