Klopp becomes first manager to defeat Pep a record number of 10 times

Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool beat Pep Guardiola's Man City 3-2 last evening to secure a trip back to Wembley for the final.

The result also meant that Klopp now has more wins over Pep, winning 10 encounters, to Pep's 9. The two have had 5 matches that ended in a draw.

The feat is unrivalled by any other manager Pep Guardiola has come up against as Klopp is the first to get 10 wins against Pep Guardiola.

There could yet be another game this season where the two take each other on and it would be the highest stakes with Europe's biggest trophy up for grabs.
