Bale jokes about his playing time as he talks current form

"I am good, I've been training for the last two and half months. I played some minutes, maybe three weeks ago or so (laughs) but I'm in a very good shape," Gareth Bale has said.

"It's normal to get some niggles now and again.I'm in better shape than I was in the last camp, when I had been out for three months."

Despite Bale saying he is in good shape, he hasn't been getting much action lately. The last time Bale played if was for three minutes against PSG back in February.

This term so far, Bale has played just 270 minutes across five games for Real Madrid, scoring a goal. The Welshman is expected to leave the club at the end of the season when his contract expires.
