£10m on just Ole Gunnar Solskjaer: Man United's insane manager compensation bill since 2013
It was revealed earlier this month that Manchester United had spent a total of £10 million on compensating Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his staff.
The Norwegian was dismissed in November 2021, making him the fourth full-time manager to be sacked by the club since Sir Alex Ferguson's exit in 2013.
David Moyes, sacked in April 2014, was paid £5.2 million in compensation while his successor Louis van Gaal received £8.4 million upon his departure in May 2016.
Jose Mourinho, who was dismissed in December, pocketed a severance package of £15 million while his staff received an additional £4.6 million. That brings the total bill to £43.2 million.
