'Disrespectful': Odriozola slams Real Madrid for lack of playing time

Speaking about his time at Real Madrid, Alvaro Odriozola complained bitterly about his lack of action with the team.

"I had Covid in the summer and had to start from zero just a week before the start of La Liga," Odriozola told OK Diario.

"It seemed to me that it wasn't fair to occupy a place in the dressing room and a number. It was a bit disrespectful to the club and myself."

Carlo Ancelotti benched Odriozola for the first 3 league games of the campaign before sanctioning a loan move for the righ-back.

Odriozola has played 20 games for Fiorentina since moving to Italy.
