Benjamin Mendy facing another charge of 'attempted rape' — trial date revealed
As reported by the Press Association, Benjamin Mendy appeared at Chester Crown court earlier this Wednesday for his pre-trial hearing.
The Manchester City footballer, 27, has been charged with yet another count of 'attempted rape'. So far, he's accused of nine sexual offences - including seven counts of rape - relating to six different women.
Mendy will undergo a trial on July 25 after being released on bail last month.
His next hearing at court will be on March 11 and as per the BBC, he's yet to enter a plea to all the charges.
