"Neither Ansu nor Memphis will be with us for tomorrow, but they are very close," Xavi told a news conference ahead of the Linares game.
"[I]f not against Granada, it will be in the next game when they return.
"Memphis and Ansu still need 5 or 6 training sessions in order to be 100% ready."
Memphis picked up a hamstring injury against Bayern in December. Ansu has been sidelined with a similar issue since early November.
The next game after the La Liga clash against Granada is the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup semi-final tie against Madrid on January 12.
