Liverpool have already rejected a ₤7 million offer for Nat Phillips from an unnamed Premier League club, Sky Sports report.
The Reds are in no rush to sell the centre-back who signed a new contract until 2025 last summer.
However, they would be open to letting him go if an acceptable offer arrives. The price tag is reported to be around £15m, with some Serie A clubs also contacting Liverpool about the player's availability.
Phillips has already claimed that he would be prepared to leave in search for regular game time.
This season, he's yet to feature in the Premier League, although he appeared in two Champions League fixtures.
