Frank Lampard and 6 other man shortlist to replace Rafa Benitez at Everton
Former Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has been linked with yet another job in the Premier League.
This time, Sky Sports claims that Lampard is one of six options Everton are considering after sacking Rafael Benitez.
He's joined on their shortlist by former England teammate Wayne Rooney, as well as Roberto Martinez, Graham Potter, Rudi Garcia, and Duncan Ferguson who would take charge on an interim basis.
However, according to other sources, including The Telegraph, it is Martinez who has emerged as the favourite to return to the club that he managed for three years. He's now the head coach of the Belgium national team.
Benitez was sacked after Everton's run of poor form. The Toffees have won just one Premier League game since September and are 16th in the table.
Lampard was previously linked with jobs at Crystal Palace and Norwich but reportedly ruled himself out of the equation. He's yet to return to the game since his sacking from Chelsea a year ago.
