Eric Bailly 'agrees' to join AC Milan this month
According to reliable Italian journalist Gianluca di Marzio, Eric Bailly has reached an agreement to join AC Milan this January.
The Serie A side are on the lookout for a new centre-back after an injury to Simon Kjaer has ruled him out for the rest of the season.
The report adds that Milan are 'making their final evaluations' before tabling an official offer to Manchester United.
Bailly is currently representing the Ivory Coast in the AFCON tournament and is believed to be frustrated with his lack of game time at Old Trafford. In fact, he's appeared just four times in the Premier League this term.
Harry Maguire, Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof are ahead of him in the pecking order.
Meanwhile, Phil Jones also impressed on his return to action against Wolves and could get more chances over Bailly, who is known to be erratic on the field.
Eric's current deal runs till 2024, meaning the Red Devils could get a sizeable fee if they let him join Milan this month.
