Xavi praises Umtiti over Osasuna performance

"Samuel Umtiti played a good game, he won a lot of balls. He is training very well," Xavi said after the Osasuna draw.

The Barcelona coach also explained why he did not play Eric Garcia who used to be a regular starter before his arrival.

"Eric Garcia? The issue with his has to do with tactics. We saw a lot of problems on both ends, Umtiti was training well and his physical condition was good."

The game against Osasuna was Samuel's first of the season. While Xavi is praising the defender, we have to note that he was partially at fault for both goals and committed several other mistakes.
