Atletico Madrid striker Luis Suarez was not happy after being substituted during his side’s 1-2 loss to Sevilla on Saturday.
Cameras caught him lashing out at manager Diego Simeone and saying: “You a*****, always the same thing.”
The Uruguayan striker has not scored a goal in his last 5 La Liga appearances.
Atletico themselves have lost their last 3 consecutive league games, the first time that’s happened since Simeone took charge of the club in 2011.]
Los Rojiblancos have fallen to 5th in the La Liga table and are currently 13 points behind league leaders Real Madrid.
