Revealed: Dani Alves' 'private chat' with Bartomeu after Anfield defeat

The private conversation between Dani Alves and Josep Maria Bartomeu after Barcelona's 4-0 loss to Liverpool in 2019 has been leaked by journalist Victor Malo.

πŸ’ Dani Alves: "Mr. President, everything okay? I want to go back there, I want to go home and I want to play the 2022 World Cup as a BarΓ§a player!! Let's put pride aside, we need each other and we know it!! Greetings!"

πŸ’ Josep Maria Bartomeu: "Hello Dani, no problem, but the Barca technicians should agree first, have you spoken with Abidal? Tight hug. Barto"

πŸ’ Alves: "I can talk to him if you want!!"

πŸ’ Bartomeu: "I inform Abi and you call yourselves πŸ‘πŸ½"

πŸ’ Alves: "πŸ™πŸ½"

Dani Alves himself has reacted to it.

"For those who actually do care about Barca, we would do whatever it takes. Life knows what everyone deserves. Sorry… thanks."

Earlier, the Brazilian told the media that he would've rejected Josep Maria Bartomeu's offer if the latter had called him while being the Barca president.

Editor's note: We don't know exactly if this leaked talk is fake or not. Dani's reply is also quite cryptic.
