Manchester United reject Sevilla's loan offer for Anthony Martial
Man United have rejected Sevilla's loan offer for Anthony Martial, the Manchester Evening News, ESPN and The Athletic report.
The La Liga side has only offered to cover half of Martial's £240,000 weekly wages.
Man United, however, would only consider loaning him out to a club that would pay a loan fee and cover the Frenchman's wages in full. If no such club emerges, they would be content to keep the 26-year-old.
It's known that Martial wants to leave the club. Both the player's agent and Ralf Rangnick have confirmed it.
Sevilla are reportedly his preferred destination as he wants to play regularly. This season, he has started just four games for United and has not played a minute under Rangnick.
