Jurgen Klopp’s new transfer target has been revealed – he’s ready to spend £43 million

According to Spanish news outlet El Nacional, Liverpool have identified an exciting new target for the January transfer window.

Barcelona youngster Gavi, 17, has emerged on Jurgen Klopp's radar and has a release clause worth £43 million on his contract.

Gavi became the youngest player to represent Spain in the UEFA Euro 2020 and has made six La Liga appearances for the Catalans this season.

Klopp is reportedly very impressed with the teenager and has instructed higher-ups at Liverpool to sign him as soon as possible.

In fact, the German boss reckons Gavi is the 'chosen one'.
