How many United players & staff tested positive for Covid-19
Manchester United are experiencing a Covid-19 outbreak within the squad, with the club postponing their Tuesday game against Brentford.
According to the Telegraph, a total of 19 players and staff members have tested positive for the disease. They are in self-isolation now.
United had to shut down first-team operations for 24 hours to reduce the spread of the virus.
Ralf Rangnick's side resumed training on Wednesday, with the Manchester Evening News reporter counting 17 first-team players arriving at Carrington.
Man United are in talks with the Premier League over their next game against Brighton, currently scheduled for December 18.
As the Seagulls are also dealing with a Covid-19 outbreak, the game could be called off, although no decision has been made at the time of writing.
