'He’s a proper character': Klopp reveals what he thinks about Zlatan

"Ibrahimovic is a legend, you usually become a legend when you retire, but he is already a legend and still playing at 40!" Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp told a press conference when asked about the Swedish veteran.

"He’s a proper character, he has his opinion on things and isn’t interested in what other people think. I like that.

"I hope I won’t like his next 90 minutes!" Klopp added ahead of the clash at San Siro.

We can now safely say that Zlatan did not cause Klopp any trouble on Tuesday night as he was kept quiet for 90 minutes during the Reds' 2-1 win.

Ibrahimovic will now have more time to focus on voicing his opinions off the pitch as AC Milan are no longer playing in the European competitions, having finished bottom of the Champions League group.
