Barcelona Propose Aubameyang Swap Deal
Catalan Giants Fc Barcelona have proposed a swap deal for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to Arsenal.
Stripped of the captaincy on Tuesday, Aubameyang also won't be considered for Arsenal's next game against West Ham, having also been dropped for the win over Southampton.
A sale in January is now being raised, with Arsenal seeking £25m to part with the striker.
A move to Barcelona has been mooted, however the Catalans do not have the current funds to meet Arsenal's valuation.
Instead, a swap bid has been raised, with Barca offering Ousmane Dembele in exchange for Aubameyang.
Such a proposal will be attractive to Arsenal, where football chief Edu is a fan of Dembele.
Intermediaries have now proposed a swap deal between the two, especially since both players are at a similar salary level, reports the Independent.
