Barcelona make Erling Haaland 'no.1 priority' for summer transfer window
FC Barcelona have made signing Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland their top-most priority for the summer transfer window, claims reliable club insider Gerard Romero.
Xavi Hernandez sees the Norwegian striker as an essential part of his new project at Camp Nou.
Barca president Joan Laporta met with Haaland’s agent Mino Raiola on Monday and asked him to lower his agent fees’ demands.
The meeting was reportedly a positive one with Mino willing to discuss a move for the striker with Barca.
However, it remains to be seen whether the La Liga giants’ have the funds to complete the entire deal.
Borussia Dortmund won’t let him go for cheap and the entire deal (including transfer fees, player wages and agent fees) could reportedly cost Barca over £200m.
