Barca consider Alba's summer exit, identify replacement
Barcelona would reportedly like Jordi Alba to leave in the summer, according to Gerard Romero.
The Catalans have chosen Valencia's Jose Gaya as his successor, it is said.
Valencia still plan to extend the left-back's contract. They would ask for €20m+ before considering selling the 26-year-old.
Barcelona, in turn, believe that they could land Gaya for just €10-15m.
Jose Gaya has been among Barca's reported transfer targets for several years now. The defender is the Bats' captain and one of Spain's best players in his position.
