3 dream signings fans would love Chelsea to make in January

We asked Chelsea fans to name their dream (but realistic) signings for the January window and two players were named more than anyone else.

Let's read what the fans had to say on the matter:

Aurelien Tchouameni

Tammy Ikue-John: "I'll prefer Tchouameni. COVID and injury just showed how nadequate our midfield is at the moment. To reduce the pressure on Jorhinho, Kovacic and Kante, I'll prefer we add Tchouameni"

Abraham Foan: "I think Tchouameni will be a good addition as most of our midfielders aren't creative, so a fresh leg and Idea is needed. About defence, we can still manage what we have till season end."

Bidoun: "Both Kounde and Tchouameni will be welcome but looking at the team right now I want a midfielder."

Lucas Olang: "No-brainer for Tchouameni. our midfield is weak and that has taken away our top spot, we need him."

Declan Rice

Adeleye Oluwaseun: "The only transfer I will love Chelsea to sign this January is Declan Rice and the reasons are simple - he's going to be a good long-term replacement for Kante, he has Premier League experience and isn't injury prone.

Tanish S: "Rice might not be very realistic but I'd love him. Experienced, top guy and Chelsea fan. Imagine him with Kante or Kovacic and Mount ahead, lovely stuff."

Awimax: "That is how we signed Bakayoko, with high hype and we shouldn't make such mistakes with Tchouameni. For DM position upgrade, Decan rise is better. He can also play as a Central defender too."

Jules Kounde

FANTAN MOJAH: "Kounde right now so that we can used to playing without Rudiger."

Mumuni Alhassan: "I prefer Kounde, good ball-playing centre-back so can fit in our system. Rudiger replacement too."

Peters Osaye: "Kounde I guess is most realistic. Would welcome him... not sure if Rudiger needs to leave though for that."
