10 South American nations to join UEFA Nations League in 2024

As per ESPN, the UEFA and CONMEBOL are planning for the ultimate collaboration in 2024.

The UEFA Nations League will be renewed in three years' time and there are plans in place to include 10 South American nations - even though the matches will be played in Europe.

An agreement will be signed between UEFA and CONMEBOL that lasts till 2028.

Meanwhile, ESPN adds that this could be a measure to prevent FIFA from announcing a biennial World Cup.
