Ziyech 'waiting' for Barca loan offer, conditions revealed
According to Diario Sport, Barcelona are interested in landing Hakim Ziyech on a loan until the end of the season.
The Catalans are ready to pay his €7m wages and want to take him on a loan with a buyout option. They don't want a purchase obligation to be included in the contract as they want to see if he adapts to Barca.
Chelsea would not object to Ziyech leaving the club as he has failed to settle in the Premier League. A successful loan deal would give them a chance to sell the attacker for a sizeable fee next summer.
Hakim himself is open to the idea of a move to Camp Nou and is 'waiting' for Barcelona's offer. He already has a proposal from Dortmund on the table.
Now it's up to Xavi to give Ziyech a seal of approval.
Barca know Ziyech pretty well, having extensively scouted him in his Ajax days. The Catalans were priced out of the bidding war for the Moroccan back in 2019 when he joined Chelsea for €40m.
