Sir Alex Reportedly Wants Pochettino As Manchester United Manager
Sir Alex Ferguson has named Mauricio Pochettino as his first choice to become the next Man United manager, as per Talksport – a tier-3 source.
The Scotsman has been a huge admirer of Pochettino for a long time and believes he can help turn things around at Old Trafford.
Pochettino is currently the PSG manager, but there’s a feeling that he could be replaced at the French club by Zinedine Zidane soon.
Zidane, of course, remains a target for United too – with the Red Devils reportedly speaking with him over taking up the managerial role.
Pochettino would be the ‘no.1 choice’ to become the next permanent United manager when the club plans to appoint one next summer.
