Paris Saint-Germain have opened communication with agents of Antonio Rudiger over a possible transfer, according to Foot Mercato, a fairly reliable transfer source.
Rudiger is out of contract in the summer, which means he could leave Chelsea as a free agent if he doesn't sign a new deal.
The major hiccup for the Blues is that the German defender wants a huge pay increase.
The Blues have made an offer to Rudiger, but he feels insulted by it, as per reports.
Bayern Munich are also keen on signing the 28-year-old centre-half.
