Inter South American pair Alexis Sanchez and Lautaro Martinez, who are uncertain for the big game against Napoli this weekend.

Simone Inzaghi could have to cope without Chile forward Sanchez, as the Nerazzurri forward had to stop after 36 minutes in the 2-0 defeat to Ecuador in the World Cup Qualifiers.
