Nketia has been long left frustrated by the limited opportunities He's been getting in the first team under Arteta.
The young forward wants to force a move away from the club in the coming months.
The anglo-ghanian will be out of contract in the summer, and can sign a pre-contract with any team outside of England.
He may, however, push for a January exit as he does not want to spend the rest of the season on the sidelines.
